Mr. Chalak, the learned counsel submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioners have joined at Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. As such, grievance of the petitioners to that effect is redressed. The learned counsel submits that salary of the petitioners for the said period is not released. 2.

Mr. Aghav, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that three months salary is already released and remaining salary would be released within a period of four weeks. The said statement is accepted. In view of the said statement, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
