Mr.Bade Patil and Mr.Tele, learned counsel for the Respondent raised a preliminary objection that this Court may not exercise the jurisdiction as the Tribe Certificate is issued by the Office at Thane and the judgment assailed is delivered by the Scrutiny Committee at Thane. The petitioners also reside at Navi Mumbai.

In view of that Mr.Awate, learned counsel for petitioner on
