The petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the respondent/Gram Panchayat for demolition of the house. The exhibit 5 filed by the petitioner is rejected. Appeal thereafter is dismissed. It is submitted that, during the pendency of the application below Exhibit 5, an order of status quo was operating. This Court on January 07, 2016 has also protected the petitioner by granting interim relief in terms of prayer clause "D". 2.

It is not disputed that, the present petitioner at present is occupying the suit property. Notice has been given for demolition of the said property. It would be expedient for the parties to get

Considering the above and the fact that, interim orders are in operation till date, I pass following order. 4.

The Trial Court shall decide the suit bearing R.C.S. No. 138 of 2013 expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today. Till the suit is decided, interim order passed by this Court on January 07, 2016 shall operate. The parties shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the suit. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
