Limited grievance of the petitioner is that, representation / application given by the petitioner, seeking appointment on compassionate ground is neither considered not decided. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that said representation / application is given on 7th March, 2012. 2.

Learned advocate for respondents No. 2 to 4 submits that in case, said representation / application is pending, the same will be decided as per law.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

i) Respondent No.2 shall decide representation / application of the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground (Page-14), if not already decided, expeditiously, on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four moths from today.

ii) Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
