Learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent/State, on instructions from Respondent No.2 submits that the enquiry is complete, and the case of the petitioner is scheduled to be heard finally on 18th December, 2018 before Respondent No.2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will extend full cooperation to Respondent No.2 and will appear before

In the light of submissions made across the Bar, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and preferably by the end of January, 2019.

All the contentions raised on merits about the entitlement of the petitioner for salary or approval are left open to be agitated at the appropriate time.

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of.
It will be open for the petitioner to approach immediately to the office of Respondent No.2 for collecting the Vigilance Cell report. In case the petitioner approaches to the office of Respondent No.2, the vigilance Cell report be given to the petitioner so as to prepare the reply.
