Mohan Sawairam Jadhav v. The State Of Maharashtra And Others
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 30 WRIT PETITION NO. 11928 OF 2015 MOHAN SAWAIRAM JADHAV
VERSUS
THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS .....
Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. G. N. Chincholkar AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 : Mr. P. N. Kutti Advocate for Respondent No. 4 : Mrs. M. A. Kukkarni h/f Mr. A. M. Kulkarni .....
CORAM : V.K. JADHAV, J.
Dated: February 01, 2016 .....
PER COURT :- 1.
The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.4 raise a preliminary objection that an alternate remedy of filing revision before the State Government is available to the petitioner. In view of this, though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to canvass his submissions on merits, I am not inclined to consider the same. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy before the State Government. No costs. 2.
The revisional court may consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition.
