IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.14990 OF 2019 AND CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 14988 OF 2019 :

The acquiring body, who has fled these appeals, is seeking condonation of delay of 1971 days, which itself appears inordinate in nature. However, the delay appears to be caused due to time spent in getting approvals at various stages. Further, in connected matter, this court under order dated 25/01/2022 has also condoned the same period of delay subject to cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to other side by way of depositing the same in this court. Hence, in these applications also the aforesaid period of delay of 1971 days stands condoned subject to cost of Rs.2000/- in each application to be paid to the other side within four weeks. The cost amounts be deposited in this court.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.

The civil application for condonation of delay are accordingly disposed of.

IN FIRST APPEAL (ST) NO.33966 OF 2019 :

1.

The learned counsel for the acquiring body seeks leave to extend the time for deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/- as awarded as per order dated 25/01/2022.

Today, this court has condoned the delay in two similar applications in view of the aforesaid order. As such, the time sought for deposit of cost of Rs.2000/- by the learned counsel for the acquiring body, is extended by four weeks as a last chance. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) VS Maind/-
