The Petitioners placed on record the judgment delivered by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik Region, Nashik in Inquiry Application No.20/2011 under Section 41D of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act dated 03.01.2015 in the matter of Yogesh Somnath Pingale and others v/s Swargiya Sudam Pingale Memorial Trust, Dhule. A copy of the said judgment is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X for identification.

In the light of the statement made on instructions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail an appropriate remedy in accordance with law as regards the judgment at Exhibit-X. No order as to costs.
