By this Civil Application, the Applicant/ Management prays for condonation of delay of 307 days in filing this Civil Application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 (Dashrath) on record.

The legal heirs of the deceased have been served through the court notice. No appearance is entered.

I have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Applicant and have gone through the reasons set out in the Civil Application.

As such, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 307 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five

*2* 7ca15307o16 Thousand), which the Applicant/ Management shall deposit with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 12.02.2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and this Civil Application shall stand rejected w.e.f. 13.02.2018. After depositing the costs, the Applicant shall bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 on record in the Writ Petition on or before 16.02.2018.

After the above directions are complied with, list the Writ Petition for admission in the Urgent Admission Category on 20.02.2018. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
