For the reasons stated in the application (C.A. No. 305/2015), the time to deposit the amount is extended. The amount be deposited, as directed earlier, on or before 27th February, 2014. Accordingly, the application (C.A. No. 305/2015) is allowed and disposed of.

As regards Civil Application No. 15234/2013, no further action be taken in the execution proceedings

ca305-15 till next date i.e. 27th February, 2014.

This application stands disposed of accordingly. However, in case the amount is not deposited by the applicant, as directed above, the order now passed in C.A. No. 15234/2013 shall stand revoked.

As far as civil application No. 15233/2013, for condonation of delay, is concerned, applicant to furnish complete address of respondent No. 2. On supply of complete address, notice be issued to respondent No.2, returnable on 27th February, 2014.
