Though the applicants have fled this application for bringing themselves on record, being the legal heirs of deceased Vithal Deoba Masul, but the pursis fled by learned Counsel for the appellant-MSRTC on record indicates that the names of legal heirs of Vithal Deoba Masul are already on record since they were the original claimants. The title clause of the appeal memo also confrms the said fact. As such,
