Considering the nature of the challenge in the present appeal and the fact that in fact the goods were supplied and even the principal amount of the goods is yet to be paid, stay to the execution of the decree is hereby granted on the condition that the appellantapplicant deposits an amount of Rs.12,56,000/- in this Court within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of this order.

The respondent would be at liberty to withdraw the aforesaid amount upon furnishing of surety in the said amount.
