Heard learned AGP for the applicant-appellant and learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2. Perused the application. 2.

The learned AGP for applicant submits that entire decreetal amount as awarded by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Nanded has already been deposited and prayed to grant stay.

In view of nature of subject-matter, there is no impediment to nod in favour of applicant. Hence, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Nanded, in ECNFA No. 12 of 12.
