The learned Advocate appearing for applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks. 3.

Considering submissions advanced, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C) subject to condition that applicant removes office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In case of non-removal of office objections, order of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall govern the proceeding.
