Learned counsel for the applicants stated that he would press this application for the purpose of protecting applicant Nos. 4 to 7 only. The applicant Nos. 4 to 7 are relatives of accused Nos. 1 to 3. 2.

Respondent No.2 made a complaint alleging offence punishable under Section 498-A and 420 of I.P.C. against her husband, in laws and applicant Nos. 4 to 7. The alleged incident took place at Pune and Dindori in Nashik district. Apparently, applicant Nos. 4 to 7 stay elsewhere i.e. in Ahmednagar and Nashik districts. There are general allegations against them. We therefore, are not inclined to continue this complaint as against applicant Nos. 4 to 7.

In the light of above, the application succeeds to the extent of applicant Nos. 4 to 7. There shall be order in terms of prayer clause "C" only to the extent of applicant Nos. 4 to 7. Application is disposed of.
