ORAL JUDGMENT (Per S.V.Gangapurwala,J.) 1.

Rule. Rule returnable forthwith. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the petitions are taken up for final

hearing.

Learned A.G.Ps. waive notice of Rule for Respondents.

The limited prayers made by the petitioners are that the validation proceedings in respect of their tribe claims are pending with the Committee since long time.

Even the vigilance has been conducted.

The same proceedings are not been decided.

Learned A.G.Ps. submit that in case the said proceedings are pending, the Committee would decide it in accordance with law.

Considering the fact that the vigilance is already conducted, the Committee shall endeavour to dispose of the proceedings in respect of the verification of the tribe claims of the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. The petitioners shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioners shall appear before

the Committee on 27.11.2017.

Rule accordingly made absolute in above terms. No costs.
