Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of their respective amounts invested in F.D.R. under the order of this Court dated 21.06.2019. The record shows that applicants were permitted to withdraw total amount of Rs. 58,00,000/- under the aforesaid order, however it seems that from the share of each applicants 50% amount was directed to be invested in F.D.R. for period of three years. The said period of three years has now come to an end. As such, the amounts invested in F.D.R. as per the aforesaid order be paid to the applicants as per their shares as determined by this Court under order dated 21.06.2019 along with the accrued interest thereon till date.
