Heard learned counsel for respective parties.

Considering that the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since May 2017, we pass the following order :

2 W.P.No.13026/17 a) The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respectof the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5.2.2018.

b) Till the validation proceedings are decided, the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

c) The Respondents can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

d) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
