This application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant - acquiring body in this Court. 4.

Learned advocate for the applicants placed on record order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 8127/2020 dated 07.08.2023. This Court by the said order allowed the applicants to

2 27-CA 12878-2023.odt withdraw 70% of the amount deposited in this Court. The said order was passed considering the earlier order passed by this Court in similar matter.

Since in connected matters this Court has already permitted original claimants to withdraw 70% of the amount, this application is also allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 70% amount along with interest accrued, if any, by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 6.
