Mr Gadhe, learned Advocate for petitioners placed on record communication dated 24.1.2018, issued by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded that the Education Officer would take steps about authorising the senior most person as Head Master and for payment of salary.

In view of that the learned Counsel submits that as the Education Officer has agreed to consider the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners may not press the present petition at this stage.

In light of above, as the grievance of the petitioners is being sought to be redressed by the Education Officer, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded shall expeditiously take steps, as suggested in the letter dated 24.1.2018. No costs.
