At the outset, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that as one-time measure, the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.8275/2018 had directed the Respondent-Bank to allow the petitioners to participate in the process of recruitment. The said order has also been confirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.2760-2761 of 2023. He therefore submits that the present petitions can be disposed off by granting opportunity to the petitioner to take part

( 2 ) in the recruitment process by way of one-time measure. 2.

The learned Advocate Mr. Warad for the respondent submits that the respondent does not dispute the position. 3.

Considering above, both the writ petitions stand disposed off. The petitioners are at liberty to take part in the recruitment process as one time measure.

It is further informed that though the recruitment process has started, it is not sure as to whether the petitioners have already applied for or taken part in the said process. If the petitioners have not participated, it shall be open for the petitioners to take part in the said recruitment process. The Respondent-Bank shall allow their participation in the recruitment procedure.

If the petitioners have not applied, they shall apply within three weeks from today.

The learned Advocate for the respondent-bank to provide the

( 3 ) particulars of the recruitment process so that the petitioner can take part.
