ORDER

Learned counsel Mr. Quadri Taher Ali along with appellant nos. 1, 5 and 6, original claimants and learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 Mr. Deshmukh along with representative of the respondent no. 2 - Insurance Company, are present today. 2.

With the assistance of learned counsel, we have ascertained the identification of the appellant nos. 1, 5 and 6. They confirm the terms of settlement.

Learned counsel and the parties have filed on record the terms of settlement which is marked as exhibit 'X'. They pray to dispose of Appeal in terms of the settlement (exhibit 'X'). First Appeal is disposed of in the terms of settlement exhibit 'X'. 4.

As per the settlement terms, respondent no. 2 shall deposit an additional amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- (Rupees six lakhs fifty thousand) towards full and final settlement within the stipulated period in this Court.

The appellant nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent no. 2.

The office is directed to prepare award in terms of settlement and present minutes of order.
