Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is elected as a councillor of Respondent No.4 Municipal Council from reserved category. His tribe certificate is referred to Respondent No.2 Committee for validation. The same is not yet decided. The Chief Officer of Municipal Council has called upon the petitioner to give explanation for not submitting the validity within six (6) months. According to the

2 W.P.No.13010/17 learned counsel, the Apex Court in SLP No.(Civil) Nos.29874-29875 of 2016 has stayed the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of "Anant H.Ulahalkar and another Vs. Chief Election Commissioner and others" reported in 2017 (1) Mh.L.J. 431.

The Municipal Council has sought explanation from the petitioner. The petitioner may bring it to the notice of the Municipal Council the stay granted by the Apex Court to the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court which naturally the Respondent No.4 is required to consider.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
