It is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGP that acquiring body has already forwarded the proposal to the Sub Divisional Ofcer for acquisition of the land of the petitioners. 2.

In that event, the parties may take steps for acquisition of land of the petitioners by consent and if the same does not fructify, then the acquisition proceedings shall be initiated within a period of six months and the same shall be completed within a period stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation Act.

Writ petitions disposed of. No costs.
