1] It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the proposal is forwarded by the institution on 21.09.2020 for considering the past service rendered by the petitioner. Thereafter, reminders are also forwarded on 14.12.2020 and 02.02.2021 but decision has not been taken on the said proposal.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

3] In case the proposal [Page-28] seeking consideration of the past service rendered by the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, and if respondent no.2 is

154.22WP competent to decide it, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon the said proposal, in accordance with law, preferably within six [6] months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
