This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court by order dated 1st December, 2022, to the extent of applicant No.2.

Applicant No.2 contends that she is carrying pregnancy of 14 weeks and at present is residing at her maternal home at village Armori, District - Gadchiroli. At the time of arguing the anticipatory bail application, inadvertently, this aspect could not be brought to the notice of this Court. The applicant No.2, therefore, seeks relaxation of condition of attending the police station, to her extent.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the investigation papers.

Taking into consideration the fact that applicant No.2 is pregnant and is at her maternal home at Armori, District - Gadchiroli, the condition to attend police station, to her extent is relaxed. Applicant No.2 is exempted from attending police station, as per the directions issued by this Court by order dated 1st December, 2022.
