The practical difficulty is faced by the claimants in receiving the amount due to clause (c) of paragraph No.8. It is not possible to have joint account of the persons mentioned therein for receiving the mount. The purport of the order is the person shall receive amount in equal proportion.

I find it fit to rectify clause (c) of paragraph No.8 by substituting word "together" by words "together in equal proportion".
