This matter pertains to year 2019. The petitioner appears to have challenged the order dated 02/05/2017, passed by the learned 8th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in S.C.C. No. 5622/2010, which was confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Revision No.120/2017 vide the order dated 09/10/2019. Vide the said order dated 02/05/2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad had granted adjournment by imposing costs on both the parties. The learned Sessions Court has dismissed the application of petitioner.

Since the petition is filed in the year 2019 and never circulated and listed before this Court. Today also, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. The proceedings before the Trial Court might have proceeded further.

Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
