This petition is filed in 2018 and not circulated even for a single time. The impugned order is dated 08.06.2018, where the revision application was partly allowed. The accused came to be discharged from the offence punishable under sections 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. RCC No.610 of 2015 was directed to proceed against accused only for the offence punishable under section 490 and 465 of the IPC. This Court finds that since thereafter the matter is not circulated, there is no propriety in keeping this petition pending, where no steps are taken by the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed 02.
