It is an admitted fact that the earlier application of the present appellant for grant of custody of his son - Suhas was dismissed in default. 3.

The facts on record would show that the minor son was born on 27/09/1998, meaning thereby that he would attend the age of 16 years very soon. He is taking education at Ahmedpur, which is known to be a reputed place for education and is with his mother, who is working as Staff Nurse and thus have sufficient means.
