1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing the interim order, the main proceedings i.e. Civil M.A.No.236/2024 itself is decided and now the petitioner has to challenge the final order passed in Civil M.A.No.236/2024 by filing Appeal.

2] Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal, challenging the final order passed in Civil M.A.No.236/2024.
