Learned advocate for the petitioner states that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration since 23.06.2014 with respondent No.2 Committee, however, the same is not being decided. The petitioner requires validity certificate for further higher education.

Mr. Tele, learned advocate submits that there are large number of matters pending, even the post of vice chairman is vacant and it would take some time to decide said proceedings.

Considering the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

i) Respondent No. 2 Committee shall decide validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the today.

ii) Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
