This petition is de-tagged from the bunch of Contempt Petition No.641/2017 and other connected petitions. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submitted before us that, an order was passed by this Court on 9.2.2017 and the Sub-Divisional Officer as well as the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalna, by order dated 7.4.2017,

Contempt Petition No.643/2017 decided the representation in favour of the petitioners. 3.

Perusal of the order dated 7.4.2017 shows that the Sub-Divisional Officer, by observing that the petitioners are entitled to receive the rental compensation, directed the office of the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Jalna to take necessary steps and thereby disburse the amount of rental compensation to the petitioners. In view of this fact, nothing remains in the Contempt Petition and the petitioners are at liberty to pursue the matter with the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Jalna for necessary action. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
