Motion is moved for Speaking To Minutes in respect of order dated 1st December 2015.

Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the Applicant, the inadvertent error

ca15519.15 crept in recording order dated 1st December 2015 as regards not mentioning extension of period of one week, to facilitate the Applicant to tender the proposal to the Scrutiny Committee, deserves to be rectified.

3.

It is directed that if the Applicant tenders the proposal to the Scrutiny Committee within a period of one week from today, the same shall be accepted by the Scrutiny Committee.

4.

The rest of the directions contained in the order dated 1st December 2015 as well as the Judgment dated 21st October 2015 shall remain unaffected.

5. With the above directions, motion disposed of.
