Mr. Rajput, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the caste claim of the petitioner as Kumbi (O.B.C.) has been validated by the Committee. However, as yet, the validity certificate is not issued to the petitioner. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the letter was issued to the Tahsil Office to confirm about the issuance of the caste certificate to the petitioner. It is reported that the file is not traced.

There is no finding that the caste certificate was not issued by the concerned office. The Committee has upon the

2 993-WP-12454-18 appreciation of evidence, validated the caste claim of the petitioner.

The respondent Committee shall issue the validity certificate to the petitioner as per its Judgment dated 21.10.2018 within a period of four weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
