1] Learned counsel for petitioner tendered across bar copy of the heir-ship certificate issued in favour of the applicants in Misc.Civil Application No. 136 of 2015 by the concerned Joint Civil Judge (J.D.), Ahmedpur. Same is taken on record. In the light of reasons taken in the application and the contents of the said heir-ship certificate and also certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat, Guttewadi, Taluka Ahmedpur, Dist. Latur, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Same stands disposed of accordingly. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
