The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the submission of the proposal seeking retiral benefits, respondent no. 4 / Education Officer (Secondary) has not considered the proposal in objective manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the proposal was submitted on 31.01.1989 and it is still pending with respondent no. 4 / Education Officer (Secondary). 3.

The ends of justice would be met in directing respondent no. 4 / Education Officer (Secondary) to consider and decide the proposal dated 31.01.1989. The petitioner shall be at liberty to furnish the documents as he has been called upon by

letter dated 25.02.2022. He shall furnish the relevant document within two weeks. The respondent no. 4 / Education Officer (Secondary) shall decide the proposal within four weeks if the documents as per letter dated 25.02.2022 are submitted. Writ Petition is disposed of.
