We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and respondents.

The writ petition is filed challenging issuance of show cause notice. We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition against challenge to the show cause notice. It is submitted that, proceeding has progressed further pursuant to show cause notice.

The learned counsel for the petitioner refers to order passed in Writ Petition No. 4405 of 2018, so also various other orders passed showing that protection of 15 days be granted if there is an order of supersession.

Mr. Gore, the learned counsel for the intervenor opposes the request for protection and submits that, if an order of supersession is passed, same has to take effect. 5.

Considering earlier orders passed, we direct that in case order of supersession is passed against petitioners, then same may not take effect for a period of seven (07) days from the date of order. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [A. M. DHAVALE, J.] [S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J.] bsb/April 19
