The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of he having filed an appeal under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 on 28.03.2022, the respondent No.1 is not deciding it.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six weeks from today.
