The petitioner assails the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, thereby dismissing the Original Application filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 25.10.2018, by which respondent no. 5 has been transferred from Aurangabad region to Nagpur region without considering the request application of the petitioner.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the

2 wp 12516.18 petitioner submits that respondent no. 5 has relinquished and given up her claim for being transferred to Nagpur region from Aurangabad region. According to the learned counsel, the respondents now be directed to consider the application of the petitioner in view of Government Resolution dated 03.06.2011.

Mr. Joshi, learned A.G.P., on instructions, accepts that respondent no. 5 has now communicated that she is not interested in being transferred to Nagpur region from Aurangabad region.

In the light of above, the respondents may consider the request application of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
