DATED : 21st NOVEMBER, 2018 Order :- We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondents. We have carefully perused the orders of the appointment of the petitioners. Upon perusal of Orders dated 9th October, 2018, appointment of the petitioners is made relying upon the Government Resolution date 24th July, 2015. Even prior to said appointment, the petitioners were appointed for eleven (11) months on temporary basis. First appointment Order dated 2nd May, 2016 also makes reference to the aforesaid Government Resolution. Admittedly, the petitioners are in employment of the respondents. Petitioners cannot make any grievance relying upon the subsequent Government Resolutions, when their initial appointments were made taking recourse to aforesaid Government Resolution.

In that view of the matter, we are unable to persuade ourselves to grant relief as prayed by the petitioner in the writ petition. However, in case the petitioners have not paid salary/wages for the period for which they have rendered services, the respondents would take necessary steps to pay salary/wages to them in accordance with the relevant procedure, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
