The petitioners pray for a direction to respondent No.2, who is the Chairperson of the Grievance Committee, which is constituted under the Government Resolution dated 29th August, 2019, to decide the pending grievance of the petitioners dated 21st December, 2020. The said Government Resolution mandates that such grievance should be decided within six months. It is more than 24 months. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending grievance of the petitioners dated 21st February, 2020, on or before 15th March, 2023 by following the due procedure laid down in law.
