On 18.9.2017, I have passed the following order:- "1.
This matter was not on board. It was mentioned at 2.30 p.m. that all the litigating sides have travelled from another district and have come to the Court in the light of the settlement / compromise between all of them. The compromise terms dated 18.9.2017 are placed on recorded with individual verification on oath appended thereto (19 Pages). They are accompanied by copies of the Unique Identification Card (Aadhar Card).

Considering the above, this matter was taken on the production board.

Learned Advocates for the appellant / original plaintiff and the respondents / original defendants and original plaintiff No.2 are identified by their learned Advocates as being present in the Court.

Learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to carry out the identification and verification of these litigating sides forthwith.

Stand over to 19.9.2017 for 'passing orders' in terms of the settlement. "

The report of the learned Registrar (J) dated 18.9.2017 is placed before me. The learned Registrar (J) has indicated that the verification of the terms of compromise has been done in his presence and in the presence of the learned Advocates. 3.
The learned Advocates for the respective sides jointly submit that this Second Appeal should be disposed off in terms of the purshis for compromise, dated 18.9.2017.

Considering the above, this Second Appeal stands disposed off in terms of the purshis of compromise. The decree be drawn accordingly.

Pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed off.
