By the present petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed as under :- "

By issuing writ of mandamus, or any other writ in like nature, the respondent authorities may please be directed to consider the claim of petitioner about appointment of Assistant Teacher in the establishment respondent No.3 Zilla Parishad, Beed, as early as possible. "

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos.03 and 04 - Zilla Parishad submits that the claim of the petitioner shall be considered after fixing seniority of all Teachers. It is submitted that the said process shall be completed as expeditiously as possible. 04.

In view of the statement made on behalf of respondent nos.03 and 04 - Zilla Parishad, we expect that the said process shall be completed within eight weeks. 05.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
