The petitioner - Trust was waiting for report in respect of its application whereby it had applied to the respondent No. 5 for setting up/starting a 'Woman Counseling Center'. 3.

The learned AGP, on written instructions, which he places on record and submits that independently, a report was solicited from the District Women and Children Welfare Officer, Nandurbar. A copy of the report dated 04.02.2025, inter alia, indicates that on the ground that the tenure of the earlier managing 1/2

45 WP NO. 1771 OF 2025 committee had come to an end in the year 2021, the proposal was turned down/overlooked.

Considering the fact that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner - 2, Dhule, by his order dated 27.09.2022, has accepted a change report and granted approval to the managing committee for a fresh tenure of five years from 2021 to 2026. 5.

We dispose of the writ petition, permitting the petitioner to approach respondent No. 5 who shall extend an opportunity to the petitioner to place on record the order passed in the change report enquiry and to produce additional documents, and directing him to take a fresh decision on the petitioner's application on its own merits.
