This contempt petition is filed against the Minister and the authorities for not deciding the Appeal pending before it. Inspite of direction issued by this Court vide order dated 7th February 2025 in Writ Petition No.979 of 2024, now the learned AGP has placed on record a copy of communication dated 12th February 2025 alongwith an order passed by the learned Minister dated 11th February 2025. He thus submits that now the contempt petition needs to be dropped. A copy of

Ethape ( 2 ) 46-CP-979-2024 communication dated 12th February 2025 issued by Additional Secretary, State Government and the order dated 11th February 2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purpose. 3.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is therefore stands disposed off.
