The learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel for Respondents submits that during the pendency of this writ petition and when this Court has only issued the notice to the Respondents without granting any interim relief, the Petitioner has approached the Honourable Minister by filing the revision and obtained the suitable order. The Petitioner now conveniently seeking withdrawal of this writ petition. The Respondents may point out this fact to the Honourable Minister concerned in the pending revision. However, so far as the preset writ petition is concerned, leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
