By way of this application, the applicant is seeking amendment to the petition in light of the supervening events.

Since the petition is still to be admitted, no prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents, as they can still contest the averments sought to be added by way of amendment.

The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The amendment is allowed to be carried out within two weeks. The respondents shall be at liberty to file additional affidavits within four weeks thereafter. The applicant to serve the copy of the amended petition to the learned advocates for the respondents.
