In the writ petition filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :- "A] The writ petition may please be allowed with costs. B] By issuing writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ orders or directions, the order/letter dated 24.06.2016 issued by the respondent no.4, may kindly be quashed and set aside. C] By issuing writ of mandamus of any other appropriate writ orders or directions, the respondent no.4 may kindly be directed to grant the pay scale of selection grade to the petitioner as per the proposal submitted by respondent no.3 since 1.1.1997.

D] Any other suitable and equitable relief may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner."

Considering his case for grant of pay scale of selection grade, this court in Writ Petition No.1266 of 2020 by the order dated 29.09.2021 had directed respondent no.3 therein to submit a proposal complete in all respect to respondent no.4 before 30.10.2021 and the respondent no.4 thereafter was directed to consider and decide the proposal by passing a reasoned order on or before 30.11.2021.

Learned advocate for the petitioner admits that pursuant to the directions of this court he has been granted pay scale of selection grade, but submits that his pension has not been revised subsequently commensurate with such selection grade scale.

The court had not issued any direction regarding undertaking an exercise of revision of pension. This court had only directed awarding of selection grade which has been complied with. Nothing survives. The contempt petition is disposed of.
