The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, in the first line of Paragraph No. 5-i of the aforementioned order, inadvertently respondent "No. 3- The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded" is mentioned instead of "respondent No. 5 - The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded". He therefore, prays for correction of the order.

In order dated 09.05.2025, in first line of Paragraph No. 5-i of the aforementioned order, "respondent No. 3 - The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded" be substitued by "respondent No. 5 - The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded". 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected order be uploaded.
